The estimate will be itemized so if you are over budget you can “tweak” your wish list. If you are under budget, hey, go ahead and add the country sink.

Does finishing my basement add as much value to my house as the cost?
Good question. This is a question that an appraiser needs to answer, however. The more important question to ask is “does it add value to you and your family”?
What is your Contractor's License Number?
Good question. When we provide you with an estimate, it includes our license number.
Do you have Workman's Compensation Insurance?
Yes. Workers “Comp” Insurance protects our employees if injured on the job. It also protects you if a worker is injured on your property.
Do you use subcontractors?

Answer: If there is work that requires a specialized licensed, we will get a licensed subcontractor. However, most of our workers are employees of Raven.

Do we need a building permit?
Good question! If there are structural changes or substantial changes to electrical or plumbing or framing, we do recommend a permit.
How early in the day to your workers show up to start work?
Raven Renovations always works with you to make sure that our schedule works with your schedule. The earlier we start, the more we get done.
